General provisions
1 Opening Hours:
The salon is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. These hours are subject to change in exceptional circumstances.
2 Reservations:
We recommend making reservations to ensure the availability of services. Reservations can be made by phone, via the contact form on the website or in person at the salon. Termi confirmed by Thai Rai Salon is valid.
3 Delays and Cancellations:
In the event of a delay, please inform us in advance. Treatment cancellations should be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Customer Absence
1 No Cancellation:
In the event that a client fails to show up for a scheduled treatment without informing us in advance of cancellation for the 2nd time, Thai Rai reserves the right to charge a prepayment of 50% of the treatment value for the next booking regardless of the form of booking. Bookings made online in these cases without prepayment will not be honoured by the salon.
2. Repeated Absences:
In situations of repeated no-shows without cancellation, Thai Rai reserves the right to refuse services to the client.
Rules During the Visit
1.Health and Contraindications:
Clients with health problems should inform the therapist before starting the treatment. Treatments may be contraindicated for certain health conditions.
2.Use of Services:
Clients are required to comply with the rules applicable to the use of salon services. Failure to comply may result in denial of service.
3 Behaviour and Culture:
We expect respect towards staff and other clients. Inappropriate, aggressive or uncultured behaviour will not be tolerated.
Payments and Promotions
1.Payments:
Payments for services can be made by cash or credit card. We ask that payment is made upon completion of the treatment.
2.Promotions and Discounts:
Promotions and discounts are not cumulative unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms and conditions. Promotional vouchers have a limited validity period.
Security
1 Safety of Property:
Any damage caused to salon property is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Personal Security:
Customers are requested to leave valuables in areas designated by staff.
The salon regulations are subject to updates and changes. The current version of the regulations is available on the website.
