Terms and conditions for Vouchers

Definitions

Voucher – a document confirming the right to make use of services provided by Thai Rai or to use a specific amount for services available at Thai Rai.
Thai Rai salon – Thai Rai located at 6a Goworowska Street, Ostroleka.
Customer – natural person making a purchase of a voucher.

Voucher purchase

Vouchers can be purchased over the phone by calling +48 606 674 622 or in person by visiting the Thai Rai Salon.
When purchasing a voucher, the Customer is required to provide their contact details, including name and phone number or email address.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Vouchers are available in different denominations and types: as vouchers for specific massages or as vouchers for a specific amount that can be used for any services available at Thai Rai.
The price of the voucher depends on the type of massage or amount chosen.

Charges

The voucher price is subject to a one-off fee. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.

Voucher validity

The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself.
Thai Rai is not responsible for vouchers lost by the Customer.

Use of the Voucher

1. The Customer may use the voucher for a massage or for any of the services available at the Thai Rai salon, 6A Goworowska Street, Ostroleka.
2. The voucher must be presented on the day of the service in hard copy.
3. If the voucher is not presented, the customer is obliged to pay for the service in cash or by payment card.
4. In case of service with a lower value than indicated in the voucher, the Customer is not entitled to receive change.
5. If a service with a higher value is provided, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference in price in cash or by payment card before the service is performed.
6. A voucher for a specific service is a one-off without the possibility to split it, unless its description states otherwise.
7. A change to a booked date can be made only once, no later than 24 hours before the originally selected date, otherwise the voucher is deemed to have been used.
8. Thai Rai will only accept a voucher for redemption if it is undamaged and has all the security features to protect it from forgery (value or package name, expiry date, etc.).
9. The Customer shall have no claim against Thai Rai for loss (including theft) or destruction of the voucher.
10. The voucher must be used within its validity period. If, as a result of a late booking, there are no places available, Thai Rai Lounge’s obligations will lapse.
11. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions/vouchers unless a promotion has been announced.
12. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or bank deposits.
13. The voucher is non-refundable.
14. Thai Rai Salon is not responsible for non-use of the voucher by the customer.
15. After the expiry date of the voucher, Thai Rai Salon may offer to redeem the voucher at a surcharge of 50% of its value.

Changes and Cancellations

Reservations or services under a voucher may be changed or cancelled in accordance with Thai Rai Salon’s terms and conditions.
Failure to report cancellations or changes to reservations within the allotted time may result in the voucher becoming invalid.

Liability

Thai Rai is not responsible for loss of vouchers by the Customer.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, payment on account or refunded.

Final provisions

The purchase of a voucher and its use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Thai Rai reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
